Thanks for all the great work by a hardy bunch of volunteers at last month’s work party despite the liquid sunshine!  Next Saturday Shellfish Experience is set for December 12th from 10:00am-1:00pm.  Come on out, bring your friends and family to learn about oysters and water quality while enjoying some of Henderson’s best on the grill.

Want to enjoy Henderson Oysters outside of outreach events?  You are in luck, oyster are now available locally at Olympia Seafood Company daily, Thursdays afternoons at East Olympia’s George & Sons Fruit Market, and in Seattle’s Elliot’s Oyster House.
