Net Impact is a global membership organization of students and professionals using their careers to create a socially and environmentally sustainable world. As a local undergraduate chapter at the University of Washington, our focus is to create opportunities for students to learn more about corporate social responsibility and to participate in events that will give back to the Tacoma community. We hope to equip students with the capability to integrate the sustainability of people, planet, and profits into their academic and professional careers.

Green Drinks Tacoma is a loosely organized and highly active group of locals spanning nonprofits, academia, government and business who share a love for all things green. We meet on the first Thursday of the month and feature different community members engaged in compelling environmental issues. While we’re not highly structured, each meeting has a theme, a guest host, and time for Q&A and socializing. Come along and you’ll be made welcome.
