Registration fees for the SER Northwest Conference include full access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks on all three days of the scientific program, plenary sessions, and poster reception. Additional registration fees are required for workshops, post-conference field trips, and the evening banquet. Check back for additional registration options such as workshops and field trips that may be added before the conference. Please check the website and Program tab for updates.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration payments are made to Western Forestry and Conservation Association, not SERNW. Registrations canceled before March 15 will be refunded less a 15% service charge. After March 15, registrations are non-refundable.

Member Rate: Current members of these collaborating organizations are eligible for a discounted registration rate:

• Society for Ecological Restoration
• Northwest Association of Environmental Professionals
• Northwest Forest Soils Council

To become a member of SER, please follow this link to the SER MEMBERSHIP PAGE. To become a member of NWAEP, NWFSC or CNLM, please contact the respective organization before registering as a member of the collaborating organizations. If your membership has lapsed and you select this rate in error, we will change your registration category to ‘Non-Member’ and ask you to pay the difference.

Student Rate: Only those attendees currently pursuing a degree at the Undergraduate, Graduate or PhD level are eligible for the student rate. Students will be required to present valid identification upon arrival at the conference.

One-Day Registration: Attendees who are unable to participate in the entire meeting can register for the day of their choosing and be admitted to the conference for all sessions and evening activities planned on that day. This rate includes a conference name badge, registration packet, printed program book, and lunch and coffee breaks. One-day registration is available both through the online form and in person at the conference venue.
