Position Description (18-25 hours/week, unpaid)

This includes planning and facilitating field trips with toddlers to 12th graders. Interns will be field trips leaders and also assist in supporting/training highschool aged youth and community volunteers, who will also lead trips. The position may also include developing lesson plans and improving field trip materials. Interns will receive training and practical experience working with youth, lesson planning, group facilitation, small scale agriculture, spring farming, volunteer coordination, and program evaluation. Interns may take on additional responsibilities as their schedule permits, though the position’s emphasis will focus on all aspects of the Field Trip program.
