King County’s Wastewater Treatment Division is hiring a college intern to work on the WaterWorks Grant Program starting this summer and continuing part-time through the school year. WaterWorks related tasks include data management, community outreach, and digital communications. The intern will also be working on the Loop Biosolids program at City Soil Farm, gaining hands-on experience in urban agriculture, education programming, and sustainable food systems.

 

This internship is one of fourteen paid internships available now for college students with King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks. Internships offer valuable experience, training opportunities, a new network of contacts, and a chance to apply classroom learning to cutting edge projects.

 

The deadline for applications is 2/25/19; the pay range is $17.26-$21.88/hour; and the internships are open to both undergrad and grad students.
