United Way of King County and 501 Commons are collaborating to deliver a series of trainings on the essentials of volunteer management for 2019.
“The Lifecycle of Effective Volunteer Management” is a “101”-level course covering the basics, from planning through volunteer recognition and program evaluation. The other offerings deal with more specific topics related to engaging skilled professionals as volunteers, and developing meaningful volunteer opportunities for families.
