The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency seeks an Air Monitoring Specialist II to help the agency deliver on its strategic objectives to both characterize and communicate our region’s air quality. This technical position will support both our core air monitoring site network, as well as serve a key role implementing short- term and sensor monitoring studies.
This recruitment will fill one full-time, one-year term vacancy now. There is potential for full-time, regular employment in the Air Monitoring Specialist II role.
We will also establish with this recruitment, a list of qualified candidates who are interested in future Air Monitoring Specialist vacancies.
A typical pathway to qualify for this position would be a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s level desirable) in physical sciences or engineering. And 5 or more years of relevant, technical experience in related activities
