YMCA Camp Colman is hiring instructors for the fall 2019 Outdoor Environmental Education season. Located in the beautiful coastal forest of the South Puget Sound, Camp Colman is seeking individuals who are excited about working outdoors with people from all backgrounds, especially youth. Responsibilities include teaching classes in marine science, forest ecology, and outdoor skills, facilitating group development and challenge course activities, and delivering excellent and creative programming to camp guests.

Staff enjoy many benefits during the season. Staff are provided with room and board, a shared kitchen, meals in the camp lodge, and food weekly for staff houses. Additionally staff are provided with in-house laundry machines and use of camp facilities when they are not in use for programs.
