Are you passionate about conservation and doing what’s best for Oregon’s wildlife and their habitat? Play a key role in providing biological/wildlife technical assistance for Farm Bill conservation programs to agriculture/forest producers and landowners. A collaborative effort among the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Department to further the delivery of the Oregon Conservation Strategy and associated habitat projects. Full time, Limited Duration position through June 30, 2021, with possible extension.

Qualifications: Requires two years’ biological experience with one year of at least two of the following: gathering data, analyzing data, or preparing reports; and a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries or Wildlife Science or a closely-related Bachelor’s degree or three additional years of biological experience. A Master’s/Doctorate degree will substitute for some experience.
