Every summer, the Renewable Northwest Project offers an internship to
students and recent graduates with renewable energy experience.

The Renewable Northwest Project (RNP) is a nonprofit advocacy group based in Portland, Oregon. RNP is a coalition of environmental and consumer groups and energy developers who promote the implementation of clean, renewable energy in the Northwest region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana). We work to get proposed wind, solar and geothermal projects into the ground, push for policies promoting renewables and energy efficiency, and nurture the market for green power.

The intern will assist RNP in conducting research and/or outreach work
in one or more projects to be completed over 10 weeks during the summer. This is a paid position, $10/hour.

Candidates should have excellent research and writing skills and have
an understanding of renewable energy and/or Northwest energy issues.
