Blue Leaf Environmental is seeking a Senior Fisheries Biologist to augment our growing company. The individual selected for this position will have opportunities to scope and budget new projects, lead field efforts, analyze data and write reports, mentor junior staff, develop and maintain client relationships, and represent Blue Leaf Environmental and clients at regional stakeholder meetings and conferences. Preferred applicants will hold a minimum of a M.S. in a related discipline and be able to demonstrate scientific achievement, advanced quantitative skills and advanced writing skills. A positive attitude and willingness and ability to travel for extended periods to complete difficult field assignments required. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience with large hydropower projects, fish telemetry techniques, GIS and spatial analysis, FERC License compliance, and personnel/project management.
