Mid Level NEPA Planner

Cardno is seeking a NEPA Planner in our Honolulu, HI office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Provide support to the project team managing a large engineering and NEPA project for clients primarily based in the Pacific for U.S. DoD Clients

> When managing projects, you will coordinate with other planning and scientific staff

> You will contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our planning efforts in the region and may be expected to work on proposals, provide other business development support and attend technical and marketing events

> Support and manage NEPA documents for clients primarily located in the Asia-Pacific region

> Develop alternatives to proposed actions

> Analyze environmental impacts on natural, physical, socioeconomic, and cultural resources

> Interact with discipline leads to ensure compliance with project objectives

> Work directly with clients to understand and meet their expectations and develop follow-on business opportunities for the company

> Participate in business development activities

> Develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements

> Monitor project progress and be responsible for project quality and on-schedule and on-budget completion
