Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of transit practices that foster diversity and equity throughout TriMet’s multi-modal system. Responsible for envisioning, overseeing, and evaluating the implementation of work contributing to diversity and equity in the following areas: (1) Title VI analysis and compliance, particularly in areas of service expansion and fare policy; (2) community engagement and partnership development; (3) data collection, analysis, and application; (4) maximized use of small business, including administration of TriMet’s federal disadvantaged business (DBE), Oregon’s Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business (MWESB), and apprenticeship/workforce training goals in contracting; (5) administration of TriMet’s Access transit fare mitigation programs; (6) Agency compliance with the civil rights act, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA),and; (7) alignment and expansion of agency-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Salary Range:
Minimum: $78,597.00
