Improve ability to develop adequate recovery and rebuilding programs for Chinook salmon and steelhead in northeast Oregon. Conduct studies to investigate and compare juvenile life history and migration patterns of spring Chinook salmon and steelhead populations in the Grande Ronde and Imnaha basins, located out of Enterprise.
Qualifications:
Requires two years’ biological experience in a fish or wildlife program with one year of at least two of the following: gathering data, analyzing data, or preparing reports, and a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries or Wildlife Science, or a closely-related Bachelor’s degree; or three additional years of biological experience in a fish or wildlife program. A Master’s or Doctorate degree may substitute for some of the experience.
