JBR is seeking a Senior Level Geologist or Hydrogeologist or Environmental Engineer to fill a Supervisor role in Medford, Oregon office. This position will entail supervision of a diverse group of Geologists, Environmental Scientists, and other administrative staff, office management, as well as management of a diverse set of technical projects.

Position will include, but will not be limited to the following:
· Supervising staff both in the office and in the field
· Acting as the client and agency contact for technical projects
· Business development activities
· Conducting and managing projects involving environmental permitting (specifically for mining), environmental investigation and cleanup, remedial design, environmental site assessments (ESAs), and environmental monitoring programs.
· Coordinating and conducting office and field work
· Developing work scopes and cost estimating
· Preparing technical reports
· Field work as required, initially, field-related work may comprise 20% of time
