The Oregon Department of State Lands is looking for an Natural Resource Specialist 3 (Jurisdiction Coordinator) The successful applicant will have:
* Knowledge of wetland ecology, aquatic resource ecology and/or natural resource management
* Experience with wetland delineation standards and procedures
* Experience with GPS and GIS software
* Working knowledge of environmental and natural resources issues, including wetlands and waterways
* Working knowledge of wetland and waterway functional assessment methods (e.g. HGM, ORWAP, SFAM)
* General knowledge of land use regulations
* Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience including regulators, stakeholders, planners and other constituents
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to be professional in all interactions.
