CAMP-IN ASSISTANTS (TEMPOARY)

Pay Rate: $8.80 – $10.00 per hour.

The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry is seeking multiple Camp-In Assistants to be responsible for several aspects of the Camp-In Program, including: workshop set up, greeting of campers upon arrival, meal preparation, distribution and clean up. Assistants are also responsible for supervision of campers, overnight and morning duties, and dismissal.

Must have working knowledge of (and demonstrated enthusiasm for) either educational or scientific or disciplines, minimum 6 months of experience delivering educational programming, and previous experience working with children. A Valid driver’s license and current CPR and first aid certification are required (training can be provided). Candidate must pass pre-employment and/or pre-duty checks, such as criminal background check, fingerprinting, and reference checks.
