This position administers timber sale contracts by serving as a qualified Forest Service Representative. The incumbent has primary responsibility for planning, implementation and administration of the timber program to ensure contractor compliance with timber sale, stewardship, and service contracts and to take the necessary corrective actions for noncompliance.  Also, serves as a Qualified Contracting Officers Representative on stewardship sales and service contracts.
