Oregon Outreach Inc., is a small non-profit alternative high school program that has been operating in Northeast Portland since 1988. We serve youth in the Portland Public School District, but are funded by grants and donations, not by the district. We also have sites in the Molalla River School District and East County school Districts, serving David Douglas, Centennial and Reynolds.
