The Resilience and Ecosystem Disturbance Team (RED) of the Pacific Northwest Research Station are recruiting Biological Science Technicians (Research) GS-0404-03, GS-0404-04, GS-0404-05, and GS-0404-06 for 1039 hour temporary appointments starting in May/June 2012.  A total of 8 positions may be filled.

These positions will be located in the Forestry and Range Sciences Laboratory in La Grande, Oregon.  They will be in support of research in fire and bark beetle mortality of conifers, and invasive plant bio-control research and development in an interdisciplinary team.
