East Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District in Portland Oregon is looking for an experienced professional to develop and launch a land conservation program focused on both agricultural land and conservation of natural resources.

Experience in real estate negotiations and working with a board of directors as well as in depth knowledge of Oregon land use laws are all required.
