part time grant writer (15 hrs/week) to write proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects, and submit timely and accurate reports for existing grants. Individual will identify funding opportunities, coordinate with staff to collect and document program information, generate proposals and supporting documents, and ultimately generate revenue for Boys & Girls Club programs and services through timely submission of well-researched, well written and well-documented grant proposals. Grant writer will also maintain current records, including grant prospect pipeline, and provide grant tracking and reporting. Position is a work-from-home opportunity with weekly meetings in Everett.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, professional writing or similar major with a minimum of three years related experience in grant writing and contract administration. Previous experience with non-profit fundraising, including successful grant experience with federal, state, CDBG, and private foundations required. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have experience working in deadline-driven environments. Able to monitor and meet income goals.
