Position Summary

The Conservation Transactions Technical Associate supports Forterra’s work in land conservation by coordinating with land owners regarding real estate transactions, ordering appraisals, conducting due diligence activities and title reviews, managing department files, monitoring transaction deadlines, and coordinating closings. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Conservation department, and may also assist with ad hoc administrative tasks for other departments.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and resourcefulness. In addition to working with other members of the transactions team, the Technical Associate works closely with Forterra’s General Counsel and members of our finance team.
