Ingredients
- 3 c chopped tomatoes
- ½ c chopped bell pepper
- 1 c onion, diced
- ¼ c minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 4 tsp chopped hot pepper, including seeds
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp kosher slat
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or food processor. Serve with tortilla chips or alongside a meal. Flavors will meld and improve in flavor as the salsa sits longer. Refrigerate and use within one week.
