This evening I made two rhubarb pies from the same recipe. In the first pie’s filling, I used organic white sugar and in the second filling, I used raw honey from It’s All About Bees. The rhubarb was harvested from the farm that I am spending the majority of my case-study time.

- flavor lasted, entirety of mouth
- tasted sweet first and then tart
- tart flavor was weaker than sugar/rhubarb
