Soft tofu with a secret sauce and drizzled with green onions. Created by my aunt’s mother (who is of S. Korean decent), I eat it willingly for breakfast and lunch. And it only gets better with each meal- no, it really does. The soft tofu absorbs more and more of the flavour of the sauce as time progresses.
The texture is soft and smooth with a light crunch here and there from the onions. Mildly spicy, with a subtle well-rounded complexity.
