The ducks are one of my favorite parts of this Place. It’s entertaining to watch them dive beneath the water in one place and then reappear in another. They’re just out there living their lives and being ducks, it’s a refreshing change of pace compared to my day-to-day life. They seem to be doing well, though I can’t help but wonder how we impact them.
Ducks are something I notice whenever I walk around Capital Lake, they are always doing something interesting. Have you noticed them pairing up lately? It must be mating season because whenever I see a female, there is always a male duck not far behind.
