Commons updated to 1.2.0.beta2 mainly to sync with cas_sso plugin version 0.1.4

Moodle 2.5 is now is security maintenance mode and will not receive any updates other than security issues.  Since we are only using moodle as a production LMS for one more year we will not be updating to a newer version.

To quote from the developers: Version numbers are arbitrary, yes, but V1 does signify something in public. We believe Discourse is now ready for wide public use. Since Discourse under goes continual development there is really nothing special about this incremental update other than the above statement.
