Geoducks Team Up With PSBC For Bone Marrow Drive

OLYMPIA, Wash. – In the fall of 1996, Aaron Foy arrived on the campus of The Evergreen State College excited to take on all opponents while representing the green and white. Since October, Foy has been in the fight of his life as he battles myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and the Geoducks are joining him in the clash against cancer as Evergreen will host a Bone Marrow Registry Drive on February 19, 2011 in conjunction with the final regular season basketball games against Eastern Oregon.

Raiders Run Past Geoducks, 75-58

Geoducks Outlast Raiders, 79-76, in OT

OLYMPIA, Wash. – For the second straight meeting, the Evergreen Geoducks and Southern Oregon Raiders couldn’t settle it in regulation. For the second straight meeting, the home team proved victorious as the Geoducks picked up the 79-76 victory in a Cascade Collegiate men’s basketball game on Saturday night at CRC Gymnasium in Olympia, Wash.

Geoducks Nearly Knock Off #7 Oregon Tech, 65-63

OLYMPIA, Wash. – For 39:59.7, the Evergreen Geoducks went toe-to-toe with the seventh-ranked Oregon Tech Owls but a late foul allowed the Owls to escape Olympia with the win, 65-63, in a Cascade Collegiate Conference men’s basketball game on Friday night at CRC Gymnasium.
