Their unique homemade syrups reflect Kauai terroir and their baked goods pair beautifully with any drink you find yourself enjoying! This women-run and owned coffee bus brews IMUA coffee and their baristas know what they’re doing!

Java Kai (Coffee by the Sea) is a bright and lively spot in the heart of Old Kapaa Town. Here, every brew is hand-roasted and most beans are sourced from the Hawaiian Islands, giving your taste buds an opportunity to sample each islands’ unique terroir. The lines get long for a reason, but if you stop by in the afternoon you’ll find tasteful music and a relaxed atmosphere.
