PhD Coordinator at the Washington State Dept of Ecology with broad experience in national and international environmental justice: serving as lead on design and implementation of the 1995 Study on Environmental Equity in Washington State for the Legislature researching health implications of immigrant community subsistence     E JUSTICE(fishing and harvesting in the Duwamish River.)Millie completed her doctoral research in the Republic of Palau.  Environmental work in the Pacific included training in American Samoa; with the Guam Environmental Protection Agency.
