NPower Northwest is searching for a savvy tech leader to expand the reach and impact of NPower’s services.

NPower Northwest uses nonprofit and technology expertise to lead nonprofits through significant and sustainable change:
• We promote capacity-building through strategy, planning, development, and ongoing support of technology solutions
• We catalyze significant improvements in the nonprofit sector by leading the way to more innovative use of technology.

The Director of Client Engagement will work to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations to utilize technology to better meet their missions. The Director of Client Engagement will lead the NPower services team and serve on the leadership team of NPower.

This position is responsible for:
• Overseeing NPower’s services team to ensure self-sustaining financial performance and superior client service
• Evolving NPower’s service delivery model to align with our Theory of Change and Best Practices Model
• Providing nonprofit and technology strategy support to clients
• Actively participating on the leadership team of NPower
