SUMMIT VOLUNTEERS

People who volunteer to work at the Summit do not have to pay to attend, but please register for the Summit, using the registration form on our website.  This way your name will be on the registration list and there won’t be any confusion when you arrive.  TC Pro-Net will be managing registrations.

Volunteers DO have to pay for lunch if they want the catered lunch. Lunch needs to be ordered by April 7.

TO REGISTER:

  1. Please use the Registration Form on our website.
    1. You may be able to directly access the registration form through this link:  Go here for registration!  
    2. If not, go to www.transitionOlympia.org   Scroll down and click on “Go here for registration!”
    3. Fill out the first section of the registration form with your information.
    4. If your volunteer responsibilities allow you to attend the breakout sessions, please indicate your Areas of Interest.  This will help us determine which breakout sessions to offer.
    5. If you are not ordering lunch, skip the Registration Choices section and click the Submit Registration button.

 

TO ORDER LUNCH:

  1. In the Registration Choices section, select $25 (but enter $13 when Pay Pal later asks for payment)
  2. For the Catered Lunch by Nineveh Assyrian, enter your choice of Sandwich, Bread, Dessert and Side
  3. Click the Submit Registration button.
  4. PayPal will prompt you to pay $25.
    1. a.      Ignore this amount and type in $13.
    2. b.      Under the “Add special instructions to the seller” type in “volunteer – lunch only”
