A Three-day Celebration of Evergreen’s Past, Present and Future!
There are various types of opportunities over the three days. You can volunteer any amount you want, but if you volunteer at least 6 hours, we would like to give you a pass for the weekend. Volunteers will be taken on a first come, first serve basis based on availability and willingness to be flexible in assignment.

Here are some notes that may help you to fill out the form:
-Please check ALL the types of volunteer opportunities you are willing to perform (descriptions are attached).
-Also, please let us know if there are specific times you are not available to volunteer. So, take a look at the schedule to see if there is anything that you just cannot miss during the weekend and write in those times.
–OR IF there is a session you are interested in, let me know. I could assign you to be the session volunteer. This would give you the opportunity to attend and participate as well as volunteer at the same time.
