Oregon Zoo Foundation (OZF) is embarking on an exciting time in the organization’
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Membership and Development Systems Manager is a key, full time staff position with the Oregon Zoo Foundation who is responsible for managing the Oregon Zoo’s membership program and development technology systems, particularly the Raiser’s Edge database. This position works closely with Foundation staff, zoo staff, and volunteers, and serves as an enthusiastic and articulate spokesperson for zoo membership in the community.
Duties include: acquiring, renewing and upgrading members; overseeing data processing and membership fulfillment, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and operations; managing development business systems and technologies; ensuring accurate reconciliation of gift records with the finance department; maintaining the integrity of the Raiser’s Edge database; and conducting data analysis and reporting.
