Status: Regular, Full-Time, exempt
Compensation: Salary: $31,200 – $34,000 DOE.

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of direct service programs including Bike Camp, after-school programs and community-based education programs. The Program Manager will report to the Program Director.

To effectively deliver programs in the community, the Program Manager will have the responsibility to develop and oversee collaborations with social service agencies that offer comprehensive employment programs; develop and coordinate direct service programs, conduct evaluations, write reports; recruit, hire, train and manage part-time instructors and other program staff; work closely with an array of diverse volunteers and program participants.

Successful candidates will have experience teaching, be highly organized, have experience with bicycles, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Percentages of time listed below will adjust seasonally.

–Create a Commuter (CAC) 25%
–Bike Club/After School programs 10%
