The Field Programs Manager will empower and mobilize Cascade members and constituents to advance our mission of creating better communities through bicycling in the Puget Sound region. The Field Programs Manager will identify, recruit and develop leaders from the community to be effective advocates for Cascade’s agenda, as well as serving as an advocate herself.
