Attention CEOAS students researching the human dimensions of natural resource issues! June 19th & 20th in Bend Oregon, Prof. Hannah Gosnell will be the keynote for a conference for people working in the field of public/community/stakeholder engagement.

The PI Works! Conference is hosted by the Cascade Chapter of the International Association for Public Participation USA (IAP2 USA). Decisions about public resources and services were never more important than today as communities struggle to maintain and improve quality of life. Public participation professionals play a key role in helping communities decide what to do about vital issues including crumbling infrastructure, water wars, social inequity, health care, impacts of climate change and more.
