Fertile Ground Environmental Institute seeks to address the historic and ongoing injustices perpetrated against indigenous communities, people of color, women, the poor, and other groups. As a small act of reparation and solidarity, we will prioritize funding for projects and individuals from these groups, especially those engaging in frontline resistance to oppression. In accordance with this core mission directive, we have set aside a number of tickets for the Earth at Risk 2014 event for frontline activists and members of these groups to be distributed FREE OF CHARGE. To apply for one of these Scholarship Tickets, please submit a three paragraph request by contact form on our website. This request should briefly describe the work that is being performed by whomever is seeking to receive a scholarship. We will be distributing these tickets as we receive the submissions, so please send your request as soon as possible. NOTE: We will not consider any requests that contain incriminating or legally sensitive language. Fiscal Sponsorship Opportunities
Fertile Ground Environmental Institute offers fiscal sponsor services for organizations that operate in line with our principles and non-profit mission. With this service, we are able to offer our status as a not for profit organization to help smaller projects receive funding from donors and grants.
