VAS Section Sessions will be held on Friday, May 22, from ~8 am – ~5 pm (in rooms with PC running Microsoft PowerPoint, LCD projector & screen). Most oral presentations will be scheduled at 15 minute intervals (e.g., 10 minutes for presentation followed by ~3 minutes for questions). However, some Section Secretaries may adjust session starting and ending times and/or presentation times depending on section policy and number of presentations to be scheduled.
A Poster Session for all VAS Sections will be held on Friday, May 22, from ~9 am – ~5 pm. Posters must be set up between 8 – 9 am and should remain on display until 4:45 pm. At least one poster author will be expected to be present at a specified time (TBA) in order to answer questions.
