The Friends of Tryon Creek (FOTC) seeks an exceptional relationship builder to lead its volunteer and stewardship programming to achieve its environmental education and conservation mission.

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all volunteer recruitment, support and recognition as well as the Friends park restoration program, coordinating special events and building volunteer partnerships with the corporate community. The position also supports nature education programs for children and adults. The Volunteer Coordinator builds relationships with
individuals, groups, and the corporate community.

The Friends of Tryon Creek State Park (FOTC) is a private, nonprofit organization located in Tryon Creek State Natural Area (TCSNA), a 670-acre green space in southwest Portland. Our mission is to connect people to this important natural area, share our passion for the wonders of nature and inspire environmental stewardship in all.
