Permit Manager: The CNMI Division of Coastal Resources Management (DCRM) is seeking to hire a full time (40hrs/week) Permit Manager in the Permit Section of DCRM. The Permit Section processes and issues major siting development permits, Areas of Particular Concern (APC) permits, marine sports permits and temporary permits for emergency repairs. The Permit Manager shall meet with all permit applicants, schedule and hold pre-application meetings as requested, and review applications for consistency with the CRM rules and regulations. The Permit Manager will manage all functions and staff of the Permit Section. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of DCRM. Coastal Resources Planner: The CNMI Division of Coastal Resources Management (DCRM) is seeking to hire a full time (40hrs/week) Coastal Resources Planner. Under the direct supervision of the Director and Lead Coastal Planner, the employee will assist in the planning and implementation of any assigned projects that fall under NOAA’S Program Changes Grants Program (CZMZ Section 309) in any of the following categories: wetland, coastal hazards, public access, marine debris, special area management planning, ocean resources, cumulative and secondary impacts, climate change, energy and government facility siting and aquaculture.
