Support environmental enforcement and information management projects for clients with environmentally focused mission. Handle environmental, regulatory, and legal documentation in analysis, data entry, document compilation, and performance of quality assurance and quality control measures. Manage databases with data gathering and analysis techniques and methods, create data reports, and communicate using a variety of presentation methods, including written reports and written correspondence, visual, graphics, and oral presentations, interact frequently with clients, and maintain file records. Work independently and in a team environment while managing quick turnaround times as expected by the clients. Communicate with your peers and managers on a daily basis and apply excellent writing and organizational expertise. This position is located on a client site located in the Seattle area.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in an environmental role
-Experience in working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-Ability to obtain a security clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with US federal government agencies or laboratories
-Experience with technical writing and drafting reports
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
-BA or BS degree in Science, Engineering, or Environmental Policy preferred
