Re: Opening for Instructor in Industrial Ecology and Life Cycle Analysis Course at CCNY – Fall 2016
Due to a last-minute withdrawal of an instructor for personal reasons, we are now searching energetically for an instructor for one of our program’s key courses: Industrial Ecology and Life Cycle Analysis. This is a Fall 2016 course that would begin on August 29 (Monday), and meet weekly on Monday evenings for the duration of the semester (at the CCNY campus in upper Manhattan, NY). This is of course a very short preparation timeline (three weeks).
Our Sustainability in the Urban Environment program is a 30-credit Master’s program—an interdisciplinary program that draws upon architecture, engineering, science, and social sciences. For an overview of the program and the curriculum, see CCNY Sustainability Program. The Curriculum tab will show you the curricular context for the Industrial Ecology and Life Cycle Analysis course, as well as provide a sample syllabus that shows how the course has been taught in the past. There are of course various ways to present the material.
If you or any colleagues of yours might be qualified and available for this opportunity, by all means please get in touch with me right away.
Best,
George
