EMSWCD is Hiring! Land Legacy Program Manager
The East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District (EMSWCD) is offering an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated land conservation professional to lead the EMSWCD Land Legacy Program. The Program protects working lands, natural areas, and nature-based recreational lands through conservation easements and fee purchases. Land purchases are made directly by EMSWCD or by partners. This position will work closely with EMSWCD staff, board members and partner organizations to lead the acquisition process, including: identifying potential projects and properties for protection, undertaking outreach to landowners, negotiating fee purchases and conservation easements, and facilitating property transactions.
