It is an outdoor classroom for many programs, a place where people meet to work and learn together, and the source of the nutritious food that we eat, sell and donate to the community. The Farm Marketing Coordinator (FMC) supports the Farm Manager and Field Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the Senior Services partnership (Senior CSA, Farm stand), managing the summer GRuB farm stand, and distributing bouquets to flower CSA members. This person will be responsible for supervising and teaching youth and interns on the land and at the farm stands. The weekly responsibilities may include supervision of harvest and processing of produce and CSA box/bag packing, delivery and tabling at Senior Services. Additional duties include market set up & clean up, money management, and accurate documentation. The FMC will create the weekly CSA newsletter for 21 weeks and should be excited to write about the farm happenings for our community.

This person will be outgoing and excited to engage and teach youth, seniors and other volunteers. This person will have an eye for detail in leading the farm stand, along with consistency, thoroughness and accuracy with regard to documentation. This person will be comfortable leading youth, both on the farm and the farm stand.
