Volunteer and Field Experiences Manager

 

SUMMARY

The Volunteer and Field Experiences manager is our expert on where to take people to engage with nature and our work. They will lead and run a program creating engaging field experiences for a variety of audiences including donors, board members and government leaders. They will manage our active volunteer pool through execution of meaningful experiences that may also provide stewardship to Nature Conservancy preserves.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The purpose of this role is to create, execute and leverage meaningful field experiences that connect people to nature and our work as a way of building support for our mission and goals. Key functions:

Field experiences for donors and board 20%

Field experiences for government relations 20%

Stewardship of TNC land by volunteers 50%

Management of volunteer program 10%
