Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing cooperation in the protection, enhancement and restoration of the state’s soil and water resources.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the Conservation Easement Section to ensure that agency and Section responsibilities are efficiently met.
  • Lead efforts to develop initiatives and policies to advance the protection, enhancement and restoration of the state’s soil and water resources.
  • Direct the development and implementation of the agency and Conservation Easement Section annual and biennial OHF, CWF, LCCMR, capital and federal budgets.
  • Manage and direct public relations and marketing efforts to ensure that local governments and landowners have the knowledge and interest in protecting, enhancing or restoring the state’s soil and water resources.

Salary Range: $35.74 – $51.41 /hourly; $77,444 – $111,249 /annually
