Cascade Environmental Group seeks a mid-level Wetland Ecologist/GIS Analyst with 3-5 years of experience. We are a small, locally-owned consulting company that primarily develops wetland mitigation banks, publicly-funded restoration planning and design projects, and watershed assessments, as well as completing wetland delineations, compliance monitoring, and aquatic resource permitting. The selected applicant will work independently to complete small wetland-related projects such as routine delineation or compliance monitoring, and collaboratively with senior staff on feasibility studies, watershed assessments, or restoration design projects supported either with public funding or through mitigation markets. Work is anticipated to be evenly split between independent tasks and collaborative projects. Please consult the Projects section of our website to see our typical types of clients and projects.
