The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Real Estate Division is currently seeking a candidate to fill the Relocation and Acquisition Specialist – Property and Acquisition Specialist 4 (In-Training) vacancy in Tumwater, WA! Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements listed below are still encouraged to apply, as the In-Training plan allows us to hire a candidate with less experience.

This position assists in the review of relocation and acquisition files to assure compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and WSDOT policies and procedures. This position assists region offices by providing Relocation Assistance to displaced persons that is considered complex in nature (both residential and non-residential displacees). This position also provides technical assistance in relocation, acquisition and title issues and assists with the development of policy, evaluates risk, provides training and guidance to assure regulatory compliance and program delivery.
